10:30 Arrive at our Penrith Lakes Helipad for pre flight briefing.
10:45 It’s time to get airborne for the flight to Hunter Valley via the Olympic site, Sydney Harbour, the Northern Beaches to Palm Beach and then north over the Hawkesbury River.
11:55 Land at McWilliam’s Mount Pleasant Winery in the Hunter for an hour of tasting. This winery produces a wide range of classic Hunter wines including Elizabeth Semillon and Rosehill Shiraz.
13:00 Depart for the short hop to Esca Bimbadgen.
13:10 We dine at Esca Bimbadgen’s restaurant where lunch is served looking out towards the Brokenback Ranges. Esca’s contemporary restaurant design features large glass windows and an open balcony to enjoy the view.
15:30 Depart for the journey home, flying over the Yengo, Dharug, Ku-ring-gai Chase National Parks and southwards back towards Penrith.
16:20 Arrive back at Penrith Lakes Helipad.
