11:55 Land at Bistro Molines in the Hunter for a wine tasting.
13:10 Dine at Bistro Molines where an exquisite lunch is served.
15:30 Depart for the journey home, flying over the Yengo, Dharug, Ku-ring-
gai Chase National Parks and southwards back towards Penrith.
